Caster bearing installation method:
1. Generally, the caster bearings are not packaged until they are installed. General grease lubrication, do not clean, directly add grease. Lubricating oil generally does not need to be cleaned; however, instruments or high-speed bearings should be cleaned with clean oil to remove the anti-rust agent applied to the bearings. Bearings with rust inhibitor removed are easy to rust, so they should not be left unattended. If the bearing has been sealed with grease, use it directly without cleaning.
2. The installation method of the bearing varies with the bearing structure, fit, and premise; generally, because most of the shaft rotates, the inner ring needs an interference fit. Cylindrical bore bearings are usually pressed in with a press or hot-fitting method. Where the taper hole is, it can be loaded directly on the taper shaft or loaded with a sleeve.
